Background
As the sole Senior UX/UI Designer for Seagate's Lyve Management Portal (LMP), I spearheaded a major redesign of this enterprise SaaS platform. My goal was to enhance the user experience, expand capabilities, and future-proof the product for continuous growth following its MVP release.
What is LMP?
Lyve Management Portal is an innovative centralized (Enterprise B2B/ SaaS ) platform designed to activate and manage Seagate's extensive array of data storage subscription services. LMP enables efficient management of data transfers, cloud services, storage devices, projects, and user permissions, ensuring a seamless user experience across various touchpoints.
Project Goal
The primary objective of this project was to significantly enhance the user management and access control features of LMP, alongside a comprehensive structural overhaul of the platform, which includes-

Development Process
Fast-Paced, Agile Transformation: Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, I drove the UX redesign within an agile development cycle. This involved initial ideation in bi-weekly sprints, rapid iteration on user flows, new UI components, information architecture,feature design, integration of new services to support evolving user needs and business goals.
